This product has been changed to now have a top Velcro fastener to hold your Kindle in place! You complained, they fixed it!!! It is excellent. Very well made!!! I purchased the clip type first but after reading the reviews, I was afraid to use it since folding the cover back, it can harm your Kindle! This product can't harm your Kindle! It has no magnets which is good since if you put this in your purse or briefcase, the magnets can demagnetize your cards! There is an outside fastener that will keep it closed when storing your Kindle and keeps loose things in your purse or briefcase out of the inside of your Kindle. It has a place for your name or business card and also note paper. The sides do NOT interfere with any of the operation of the Kindle! Excellent product which I highly recommend and glad that I decided to change covers!
